A fluffy carrot cake, lightly spiced with a cream cheese buttercream. Topped with a rosettes and chopped pecans.
Red velvet
A rich dark red cake colour.. that's when you know it's a good one! If the cake is too bright, it means there is not enough cocoa in it and will have a bland taste!
